That relationship begins only when we have completed our conflict check, confirmed to you that we are able to act, and accepted your instructions on a matter.

Anything you send before we have confirmed that we are able to act may not be privileged or confidential, and we may be unable to treat it as confidential if we already act for a party with an interest adverse to yours. Please send only what we need to identify your enquiry and run our conflict check. Email travels over networks we do not control. Please do not send confidential or sensitive documents by ordinary email or through the Site until we have told you how to send them safely.

This website is not an advertisement or a solicitation. - It is published in the ordinary course of describing who we are and what we do, consistent with the restrictions on publicity and solicitation that apply to advocates in Pakistan.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to act for you, an inducement to instruct us, or a claim to be better than any other practitioner or firm. We do not seek to represent anyone on the strength of a website alone.

Ownership of this website - The Site and its contents - the text, insights and publications, photographs and graphics, the page design, layout and arrangement, and the name, logo and get-up of Rehman Chambers - belong to us or are used by us under licence and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights under the laws of Pakistan and, by international convention, in other countries.
